I use my blog to inspire moms to live a life they love. From the way they parent, the way they decorate their homes to the way they style their clothes and cook for their families. I share my experiences with the hope of inspiring and supporting other women so that we can grow together. I don’t have it all figured out, but I strive to be a better person for myself and for the ones I love. If you read my blog regularly, you’ll know that my morning routine is an essential part of my day. The morning sets the tone for the day, so it was vital for me that I start my mornings with peace and joy.
My routine is continually evolving, but there are aspects of it that have been constant for some time now. At some stage, working out was part of my morning routine, but that has fallen away because I realised that I was starting to dread waking up. Working out first thing in the morning is not for me. I like to ease into the day slowly. So, I changed it up. Whatever you decide to do with your mornings, make sure that your routine brings you joy. It has to light you up.
